The grapes are harvested overripe, the colour is golden yellow. The delicate perfume is reminiscent of violet and unripe apple. The flavour is full, delicately tannic and sweet. It expresses persuasive notes of candied fruit, dried fruit and honey, with an acidity that makes the sip pleasantly fresh. Definitely a wine for dry pastries, but also for hot and cold appetizers based on goose liver, and with spicy soft cheeses.
